Discovering the Truth of our Existence
Who Am I?
“I am” is an obvious fact. “Who am I” is a discovery. How so? Even if we have eyes, we still need a mirror to see our face. Vedānta—the science of truth about our existence—acts as a mirror to reveal “who am I.” It says you are not the limited ‘body-mind-senses’ complex you take yourself to be. You are limitless Consciousness. It is a fact that all sorrow is born of some sense of limitation—physical or psychological. Ultimately, all becoming involves a desire to be free from limitations. Reclaim your true status—as limitless Consciousness—and be free.
This is the vision of Vedānta: You are already what you are seeking. Know yourself and be fulfilled.
The Wisdom of the Gita-1
The Bhagavad Gītā is an endearing dialog (saṁvād) between two friends—the warrior prince, Arjuna, and the Lord in human form, Śrī Kṛṣṇa. So, if you want to understand the true import of the Gītā, you have to befriend Śrī Kṛṣṇa. There is no room for contention,...

UNTYING THE KNOT OF EGO!
'Me' to 'I' Perhaps the most often used word in the English language is ‘I.’ We are constantly saying 'I' 'I' all day long, all life long. We rarely pause to think what does this ‘I’ really mean. For the most part, we take it to mean our ‘ego’ or 'psychosomatic...

Already, Always the Self! All states of mind come and go. No such thing as ‘permanent’ state of mind. Mind disappears daily during deep sleep. Thankfully, you don’t. Therefore, you are not the mind! When sleep gives way to the waking state, ‘Me’ and the ‘world’ appear...
