KNOW THYSELF:

PUT AN END TO ALL YOUR STRUGGLES

All struggles are born out of the desire to become somebody else. The desire to become somebody else is born out of self non-acceptance. And self-non-acceptance is born out of ignorance about the intrinsic fullness of our being (pūraṇattvam).

As long as self non-acceptance continues, contentment will remain elusive even if one becomes the king or queen of the entire universe.

It follows that self-knowledge or the knowledge of our fullness of being—pūrṇamidaḿ—is the key to living a contented and fulfilled life.

This fullness of being cannot be “created” by any volitional act. It has to be our very nature, for anything that is created is, by definition, limited and impermanent. It just has to be recognized as such.

It is a matter of knowing and being and not a matter of doing.

Therefore, by all thy strivings, strive to know thyself (gnothi seauton: γνῶθι σεαυτόν)

पूर्णमदः पूर्णमिदं पूर्णात्पुर्णमुदच्यते
पूर्णश्य पूर्णमादाय पूर्णमेवावशिष्यते ॥
ॐ शान्तिः शान्तिः शान्तिः ॥

Om, That is complete, This is complete,
From the completeness comes the completeness.
If completeness is taken away from completeness,
Only completeness remains.

Om, Peace. Peace. Peace.

Know yourself  to be Completeness/Fullness~
Put an end to all your struggles.
