The Essence of Spirituality
Only through much accumulated merit and Divine Grace (Īśvarānugrahād) one develops a yearning to know the truth of the self, world, and God. Without Grace, a person has no taste for things Divine.
And through Grace alone (Īśvarānugrahād eva), one is able to know the absolute oneness of self, world, and God. Only then one gets the vision to perceive Divine in All and All in Divine.
The rest is all vanity and weariness of spirit.
